Adult Classes

We have 2 adult classes currently available:  Adults 101 and Adults Advanced Class.

Adults 101
Topics to be covered in this course are equipment needed, basics of baking and preparing a
cake for decoration, basics of making icing, writing, simple borders, roses and other flowers,
figure piping, and more.

Class Dates
Wednesdays; 6-8pm - 4 classes

Session 1- June 4,11,18,25
Session 2-July 2,9,23,30

Cost
$149.00 per person

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED! Classes book up quickly. A 50% deposit to hold your dates.  Full payment must be received two weeks prior to class start date. However, new students are accepted after that date, pending class space. 5-8 adults per class.

If you cancel before the deadline (two weeks prior to class), the fee is refundable or can be transferred to another class. AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE, THE FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.

*All supplies are included.

*Can bring in your own wine!- some desserts will be supplied.

*Great for women’s groups and best friends or just to get to know more awesome women.
 

Adults Advanced Class
Students will enhance the skills learned in Adult 101 by learning fancier borders, more flowers, coloring techniques, basket weave , string work and lace work to their designs. The course work will also include how to properly support and transport your creation home. Also, basic knowledge of fondant discussed and demonstrated.

Wednesdays; 8-10 am OR 6-8 pm - 4 classes

August 13,20,27 and Sept 3
